Bryan Raydon brings over 15 years of real estate development, investment, management, consulting, and analyses experience to the team.  Bryan earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration/Real Estate Finance at the University of Southern California.  Bryan has extensive real estate development, acquisitions, consulting, and financial experience, with an emphasis on resort real estate.  Bryan served as Senior Project Manager of East West Partners’ Village at Northstar, the nation's first and largest LEED-certified mixed-use resort project, comprised of 213 residential and 60 commercial condominiums valued at nearly $400 Million.  Bryan also spearheaded the re-launch and stabilization of an acquired distressed 21-unit fractional and mixed-use condominium project in Northstar, and managed the financing, entitlement, planning, due diligence, leasing, start-up and development of a $25 Million mixed-use project that included office space, apartments, a car wash, service station, quick lube, convenience store, and full-sized fast food restaurant.

Elaine brings to Marmot Vacation Rentals a wealth of knowledge and experience in luxury vacation rentals, marketing (both online and traditional channels), sales, customer service and business consulting.

As a result, her knowledge of the luxury homeowner and vacation rental guest, as well as her commitment to superior customer service and online customer experience represents the underlying foundation of Marmot Vacation Rentals.

For more than five years as Vice President of Marketing in Wells Fargo Internet Services Group, Elaine was responsible for a wide breadth of marketing activities targeted specifically to the needs of the high net worth client. She also spent several years as a business consultant working for small internet start-up companies, as well as large multi-billion dollar international corporations. Most recently, Elaine managed multiple luxury vacation rental properties in Whistler, Seattle and North Lake Tahoe.

Elaine graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at the University of Washington. As a transplant from the UK, she enjoys traveling, but her adventures always bring her back home to Tahoe where she relishes a day in the mountains whether it is skiing, hiking, or running. Most of all, she likes to hang out in the backyard with her daughter, Jesse.

Eric Raydon has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, management, strategy, and finance. Eric received his MBA in Finance and E-Business from Purdue University and his Bachelor's in Management and Real Property Development from the University of Southern California.  Eric’s real estate career is focused on development and investments, and Eric has strong experience in residential and mixed-use, resort, commercial, and industrial real estate.  Eric served as Suncadia's Development Manager and Director of Parcel/Land Development, and provided management and leadership on the $130M development of several luxury 4-Diamond+ resort properties, including a 380,000 square foot mountain lodge with 223 condominium units, 20,000 square foot conference center, and a destination restaurant and bar, and a 10,000 square foot, LEED Silver all season spa with 14 treatment rooms, 20,000 square foot outdoor treatment area, mineral baths, saunas, fire pits, and creeks.

Gary Raydon has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, including work in acquisitions, development, consulting and financing. He received an undergraduate business degree from the University of Southern California, focusing primarily on entrepreneurial venture management and financing, and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with an emphasis on finance and real estate.  Gary has acquired over $1 Billion in income producing assets on behalf of investors, directed the development and re-development of multi-family housing projects, and structured real estate investment syndications.  His experience includes the ground up development of multi-family units in resorts in Colorado and Nevada, and the nationwide purchase of nearly 100 office, retail and multi-family projects on behalf of a large investment group.  Gary currently focuses his development efforts on infill and conversion projects in Reno's Downtown and University markets and directs the acquisition and re-development of properties on behalf of Marmot Properties.

Janet Raydon, originator of Marmot Home Design, has not only had a life-long love of colors & the designing of rooms, she has spent the majority of her professional career in Real Estate -- buying it, selling it, remodeling it & staging it for sale.  She was raised in Los Angeles and her undergraduate & graduate work were done in California which kept her in tune with all the latest trends.
Her obsession with travel allows her to view architecture and design movements from all parts of North America to Europe, Africa and the islands of The Bahamas & Barbados.  She tries to sneak out of the country at least once a year & commits to spending at least a week every year catching up on the best furniture finds at the World Market in Las Vegas.
When Janet is not moving furniture or traveling the globe, she spends time with her husband & business partner, Bryan along with their two little entrepreneurs-in-training Sabrina & Kai in beautiful Lake Tahoe.
